Mental Health Assessment: Creating a seamless system for users to check their mental health scores was essential. Based on these scores, users needed personalized yoga exercises and nutrition plan recommendations to help improve their overall well-being.

Admin Panel for Content Review: Developed a comprehensive admin panel that allows experts to review all instructor-uploaded content before it goes live. This verification process ensures that only appropriate and relevant materials are accessible to users, maintaining the platform’s integrity and quality.

Mental Health Scoring System: Implemented a system that features a set of questionnaires designed to assess users’ mental health scores. Each question is assigned a predefined weightage, and users receive tailored recommendations for yoga exercises and nutrition plans based on their scores. This system was built using Node.js for the backend and MySQL for data management.
